The Client
Anne-Mie, the proprietor of Time 4 Cakes in Norfolk is a third-generation cake baker, tracing her roots to her grandfather who baked for the forces during the war. Following a career in corporate sales, she pursued her passion for sugarcraft and started creating wonderful wedding cakes.
Her aim is to bake and create dream cakes, whether it is a classic and elegant, romantic wedding cake, a birthday cake with a difference, or just a little bit of what you fancy melt-in-mouth cupcake.
